Therapy is a very individual experience and it’s quite normal to feel some nervousness about beginning. Carlie’s role as a therapist is to walk along-side you and create an environment which promotes a balance between effort and ease in discussing what can feel like deeply personal information.
Often therapy involves re-learning thought styles that have developed over many years and the therapeutic process isn’t always linear, but Carlie welcomes you to be open about the process and will work collaboratively with you to ensure you get the most out of therapy.
