    If you’re currently experiencing symptoms that align with depression, anxiety, stress, pre and post pregnancy support, relationship stress (eg: communication issues ), trauma, work related stress, grief and loss and you’re not feeling like yourself, Carlie offers ongoing, evidenced based support for your emotional wellbeing.

  • If you would like short-term support, whether to debrief or access useful resources or immediate strategies in a once off session, please specify this when enquiring.

Importantly, Carlie is only able to see clients who are based in Australia, over the age of 18 and not currently engaged in any legal proceedings which you need support for.
